"I interviewed and landed a marketing and design internship at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. At the interview, I shared so much about the skills and fun I had while interning with [the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy]. I want to thank you for the opportunities that have come my way just from participating in your research and heeding your advice about shaping my career and work ethic. I hope that all is going well with your research and thanks again!" – Nicole Lim, former Peninsula High School intern as a Junior at UC Berkeley.
The Conservancy offers college and university juniors, seniors, and graduate students the opportunity to work with staff as interns. We offer these unpaid positions in the Conservation, Education, and Administration departments. The program runs on a semester basis and the Conservancy is willing to coordinate with the student's academic institution for course credit.
