The Land Conservancy welcomes the opportunity to provide volunteer hours for clubs and service organizations. Work performed at our preserves and on volunteer days qualifies for points toward Audubon Yes Awards. We would like to establish a student volunteer council to assist with outreach to various volunteer groups. We also welcome adult groups that want to volunteer time or to raise funds for a specific project.

Internships

The Land Conservancy offers internships and project opportunities for high school and college students. While we are unable to provide paid internships, we can provide a stipend in some cases. We do have research opportunities that allow students to complete a project that will have real scientific value.

Scout Projects

We will work with Scouts on Eagle, Silver and Gold awards. We maintain a list of projects through which young people can make a real difference.
