The Conservancy very much appreciates the contributions made to our work by Scouts. Unfortunately, due to limitations of staff time, particularly on weekends, we cannot accommodate all of the people who contact our office for information. We have therefore set up the following procedure to respond to requests.

Please review the timeline information and the project list before submitting this form.

• All Scout Award Candidates must submit an interest form no less than 120 days before the project deadline.

• The Conservancy will respond within two weeks after submission of the interest form.

• Submitting an interest form does not guarantee that a project will be accepted.

• If the Conservancy can accommodate your project, you will be expected to arrange a meeting with your designated staff member within two weeks in order to finalize your application.
